Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our cloud services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks are the property of ONIT Cloud Services or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of The United States of America.

9. Messaging Program Terms

If you opt in to receive messages from ONIT Cloud Services (including SMS, email, or other forms of communication), you may receive recurring messages related to your account, service updates, promotions, or other relevant information.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our services, but you can expect up to 4–6 messages per month.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving messages at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” to any message. For email communications, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. You may also contact us directly at info@onitcs.com to manage your communication preferences.

10. Service Delivery

Our IT consulting services are delivered remotely or on-site, depending on the engagement terms agreed upon with the client.

Project timelines, deliverables, and scope are clearly defined in the service agreement or proposal.

Clients are responsible for providing necessary access and cooperation to facilitate successful project completion.

9. Messaging Program Terms

Clients may request to cancel services by providing written notice via email to info@onitcs.com.

  • For hourly or ongoing consulting engagements, cancellations require a 30-day notice period.
  • Fixed-price projects may only be canceled before work has commenced. If work has already begun, cancellation fees may apply based on the percentage of work completed.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of IT consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered.
If a service is prepaid but has not been started, a partial refund may be issued at ONIT Cloud Services’ discretion, minus any administrative or preparation costs.
If a client is dissatisfied with the service, we encourage them to reach out so we can work toward a resolution.

13. Exceptions

In cases where ONIT Cloud Services is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or service credit may be issued.

Any exceptions to this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
